About Us

We began as Swami Arupananda Mission (SAM) in the year 1990 with our focus on health interventions and Education. With time, we felt the need of working on a more holistic basis with issues relating to environment and people and Arupa Mission Research Foundation was established (2nd of February 1995) and the focus was on empowerment of vulnerable people, health, education, environment (renewable energy, environment awareness) issues and awareness, livelihoods amongst more.
